Retail Genie to increase conversion rates, sales

SMS has released Retail Genie, a software program designed to increase store conversion rate and sales, SMS President Michael Bunyar said in company press release.

"Over the past five years, a growing number of retailers that count traffic have come to us with a request for a more pro-active, actionable software that would use their traffic and conversion rate information more meaningfully than what they were getting from their BI applications," he said.

Retail Genie is a hosted software that can be used with data from any traffic counting system.

"Our new Retail Genie software incorporates this process into an automated report and analysis generator that delivers key, actionable data to each level of an organization, giving stores the tools with which to achieve sales targets ... even on lower traffic," Bunyar said.
