Reviews platform Viewpoints adds social sharing feature

Viewpoints Network, a social technology and media company, announced in a press release the addition of persistent social sharing to the Viewpoints Technology Platform, a hosted social commerce technology solution for leading brands, retailers and media companies. The new feature allows consumers to link their existing Facebook and Twitter accounts to the profiles they’ve created to write reviews, and then automatically post their reviews as status updates on the popular social networking sites.

VTP’s ties to multiple social networks creates a seamless opportunity for consumers to share reviews with their friends and social connections, and for those connections to follow the link directly back to a review to read it — capabilities not available from other reviews platforms, according to the company.
