Rite Aid shuttering over 60 stores

Rite Aid is planning to shutter 63 stores to cut costs, boost productivity and create a "healthy," foundation.

The news comes on the heels of CVS Health's plan to close 900 locations in the next three years.

The Rite Aid stores to be closed have not been identified, according to a CNN report. The pharmacy retailer currently operates 2,500 locations across 19 states.
