Saks, a luxury fashion retailer, has renewed its partnership with Lightspeed Commerce Inc. to continue using Lightspeed's NuOrder technology for the next four years in order to simplify, scale and create exceptional customer experiences.
The platform has streamlined previously manual processes, cut time spent on order creation by 50% and slashed time spent on purchase orders and item creation by 90%, according to a press release.
Using NuOrder, Saks has modernized how it connects with brands and buyers and has digitized its buying and merchandising processes.
