Shopko, a $3 billion retailer that operates 320 stores in 21 states, has announced the rollout of its expanded omnichannel, which it says provides customers more access to product, including the ability to buy products on-line and ship them to store for free.
After a successful pilot launch, the retailer expanded the program to its 310 locations across the U.S., according to the company.
"We are excited to launch this program since customers have been asking for the ability to ship to store locations, " said Mike Sidders, vice president of e-commerce for Shopko. "Customers will love the expanded product assortment available from www.shopko.com and the option of shipping it to their nearest Shopko store for free."
"Ship to store" will be available on thousands of products, including: furniture, housewares, bedding, baby gear and furniture, seasonal and home decor, and jewelry. Customers still get free shipping to their home on orders over $75 at Shopko.com.
