Smartify Media, a digital out of home and in-retail digital advertising platform, has launched the Small Business Revenue+, a program that enables any business with store windows to start getting an incremental and recurring revenue stream from digital advertising, according to a company press release.
The program, which is being conducted in partnership with Samsung C&T, a construction and engineering company and the parent company of the Samsung Corporation, provides small businesses with installation of 55-inch Samsung digital screens at no cost which integrate into both the Samsung Ads mediation layer and Vistar Media programmatic platform for revenue generation.
Smartify Media also provides a content management system for retailers for their own dynamic content display, as well as traffic analytics. The program has been running in beta in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, Austin and Tampa since the beginning of 2022 and will soon be expanding to Phoenix and Washington, D.C.
"Small businesses are still struggling from the aftershocks of pandemic lockdowns and now the impact of inflation," Joe Kunigonis, CEO, Smartify Media, said in the release, "but they have significant unlocked revenue potential in the form of media value of their physical space. Smartify Small Business Revenue+ is a no cost way for them to realize this potential in the form of recurring digital ad revenue with no drain on their resources for management. The program also helps generate foot traffic for these businesses and enhances the in-store experience through content and advertising that brings energy and vitality to these locations."
