ChannelNet, a provider of multichannel solutions, has announced the launch of Social Guardian, its online reputation management service. The service is designed to help ChannelNet's clients manage their reputations by effectively responding to online consumer feedback.

According to the company, Social Guardian makes it easy for clients to monitor their reputation online. The tool distills sentiment, tone and influence of social media comments so that clients can take appropriate and immediate action as needed.
