Supply chain issue prompts UK retailer to shutter French locations

Challenges with its supply chain is the prime reason Marks & Spencer, a U.K. retailer, is closing 11 franchise locations in France.

The stores, operated in a partnership with SFH, will close by year's end, according to a BBC report.

The retailer will keep nine travel hub locations up and running. The company said it has been unable to provide fresh and chilled products in the 11 store locations.
