Chris Borek is Target's senior manager in charge of the in-store digital guest experience, and at this summer's Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit, he'll be part of a dynamic Q&A session discussing how retailers need to take a holistic approach to creating a multichannel experience.
"Creating an Interactive Multichannel Experience that Compliments Your Brand" will take place on the morning of the event's second full day, and will give attendees the chance to learn how Target approaches interactive multichannel, as well as ask him questions about how they can apply the lessons he has learned to their own stores.
Borek's current role with Target focuses on in-store digital marketing, mobile, social and online, as well as emerging technologies. Chris works with several agencies, brands and partners to determine how to most effectively message to Target’s affluent shopper. During Chris’ 10 years at Target he has held roles in finance, merchandising, technology and has also managed a SuperTarget store.
The Retail Customer Experience Executive Summit is an exclusive event that will bring together a select group of top executives from the retail industry who want to champion customer experience, for two and a half days of networking, work group sessions and an exchange of ideas and innovations on the industry’s top strategic issues. It will take place August 1-3 at the Westin Chicago Northwest, just 12 miles from O'Hare International Airport.
