Retailer Target, which had a robust holiday sales season, is handing out $200 million in employee bonuses and expanding COVID-19 benefits.
Hourly workers will get a $500 bonus with managers and leaders receiving between $1,000 and $2,000, according to a CNBC report.
It's the fifth time Target has doled out extra pay during the ongoing pandemic. In regard to the expanding health benefits the retailer will provide pay for employees required to quarantine and those instructed to stay home due to illness.
