Vector Capital acquires Mood Media, names new CEO

Vector Capital, a private equity firm, has acquired Mood Media, an in-store media solutions company, and named Malcolm McRoberts, operating executive at Vector Capital, Mood Media CEO.

David Hoodis, who previously served as CEO, will continue to support the company on a transitional basis, according to a press release.

McRoberts brings more than 30 years of executive-level management, operations and technology experience to Mood Media, having previously served as president of Deluxe Corp's small business services division. Prior to his position as president, he served as Deluxe's CIO and CTO and held various senior executive roles at NCR Corp.
