In late summer Walmart announced it was hiring on 20,000 to help meet supply chain demands. Now it's planning to hire nearly 150,000 staff for the pre- and post-holiday season.
Most roles will be full-time permanent jobs, according to a Fox Business report.
"This will ensure we're ready to help customers shop however they want, whether they're in a store, using curbside pickup or shopping online," especially as the holiday season approaches, Walmart Chief People Officer Julie Murphy told the news outlet.
