Casey Carl, Walmart's U.S. e-commerce chief, is leaving the retailer come February.
The departure is the latest high-level leadership change for Walmart, according to a New York Post report.
Earlier this month Walmart's U.S. chief merchandising officer, Scott McCall, announced his retirement and CFO Brett Biggs will step down from the company by January 2023.
Tom Ward will take Carl's role as well as become executive vice president as of Feb. 1
Carl took the e-commerce role two years ago after the departure of Marc Lore, the Jet.com founder whose company was bought by Walmart for $3.3 billion six years ago.
"Casey has been a passionate advocate for our sellers and led the work to define and implement our seller value proposition, which has led to strong growth in our third-party Marketplace and Walmart Fulfillment Services," Walmart US CEO John Furner said in a memo.
