Givex Brazil offers cloud-based interaction for retail customers

Iago, business development manager at Givex Brazil, explained the Givex POS, a cloud-based omnichannel solution that offers a client facing tablet and tablet for the employee. Screens can also interact with customers. The tablets do not need computers and numerous cables; the tablet only requires one wire.
An integrated kitchen display and digital menu board updates throughout the day to include product and price changes. The app lets clients choose pickup, delivery or dine in using a QR code scan. Loyalty and gift card programs can be customized to customer spending habits.
