Although Dayton, Ohio-based NCR has attracted some recent headlines it no doubt would have rather avoided, not all the news has been bad. Despite economic troubles, the company seems to be chugging along quite nicely. Recent developments include the launch of POS software solutions for independent grocers, the announcement of a partnership with Toshiba and MOD Systems to bring digital delivery of movie content to retail and the introduction of RFID technology to a Canadian car dealership.
