This year's installment of retail's most important annual conference featured the Retail Customer Experience Concept Store, where attendees marveled at high-tech innovations from a live video-wall musical performance that integrated SMS text commentary from viewers to Microsoft's new Tag technology, which allows shoppers to point a smart phone directly at a product and go straight to the relevant URL.
