Welcome to the new Retail Customer Experience!

Let me be the first to cordially welcome you to the relaunched, revitalized, reloaded Retail Customer Experience web site!

The Web has changed much in the past few years, and we're changing with it. It's no longer about just pushing content out to people, but engaging in a conversation with them, and this site is built to do exactly that. When you become a member of RCE (using the "Sign up" button at the top-right), you can leave comments on any story on the site. You can also download anything from our growing white paper directory, all with a single log in.

There are still a few bugs being hammered out, and we ask for and appreciate your patience as we work to get everything in order. But in the meantime, I look forward to starting many new conversations with you about the stories you read here.
