Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is deploying Klarna's Pay in 4 service to help expand payment options for U.S. shoppers.

Customers can now split up the cost of clothes and accessories. The service also lets customers, across the brand’s other stores (abercrombie kids and Hollister Co.), pay in four installments on a biweekly basis, according to a press release.

The U.S. partnership comes after A&F Co. found success with Klarna's Buy Now, Pay Later service among its Germany-based customers in Germany, and is part of A&F Co.'s continued investment in its online and digital capabilities, as well as its ongoing focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.

"Our customers are the center of everything we do, and a forward-thinking approach is crucial when it comes to ensuring our brands evolve with our customers. We are excited to provide an enhanced, seamless checkout experience with expanded payment options through our partnership with Klarna. It hits the mark for what our customers need," said Matt Weger, CIO at Abercrombie & Fitch, in the release.
