Adobe, LivePerson team on personalization capability

LivePerson and Adobe are partnering in an effort to transform digital experiences using conversational AI and personalization. The integration of LivePerson's Conversational Cloud with Adobe Experience Cloud will provide brands enriched customer intelligence that will drive conversations and sales, and help them build long-term customer relationships, according to a press release.

The customized journey capability can help customers already using Live Person's Conversation Cloud, with some users enjoying conversion rate increases of as much as ten-fold.

"Customers demand personalization no matter where they are in their journey. Through LivePerson's integration with Adobe Experience Cloud, brands can seamlessly personalize conversations and digital experiences to meet and exceed customer expectations," Cody Crnkovich, head of partner programs, Adobe Experience Cloud at Adobe, said in the release.

More than 10 Fortune 100 brands are already integrating between LivePerson's Conversational Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud, according to the release.
