Amazon is planning to close all its 87 pop-up locations starting in April.
The news, as reported by Business Insider, comes on the heels of the retailer's plans to be a full-fledged grocery player with brick-and-mortar locations in the U.S.
The U.S.-based pop-ups are located in Kohl's stores, Whole Foods locations (which Amazon owns) and malls, and offer consumers a hands-on experience with Amazon's devices.
