Amazon tracking deliveries with a click of a camera

Apparently Amazon delivery drivers have been snapping photos of packages they've left on doorsteps, and Amazon is now offering the tracking option to consumers.

The Amazon Logistics Photo on Delivery, according to PC Magazine, is now available to shoppers who want a visual of their package when delivered — a handy feature for those not at the delivery site.

The report states Amazon has been doing the photo taking for at least six months, citing USA Today. PC Magazine also notes that another report, from The Verge, stated photos have been shared with customers in several cities, including Oregon, Las Vegas and Seattle.
