Artist employs vending machine to sell works

A Wisconsin artist has expanded his marketing effort with the aid of a vending machine that offers prints for $1, according to a volumeone.org report.

Perry Kyser of Eau Claire, Wisconsin uses a machine from CandyMachines.com that accepts four quarters for his 2.5-inch by 3.5-inch prints that come with a protective cover.

The machine debuted last Friday at the Eau Claire Makers' Market Night Market.

Kyser plans to keep the machine outside of his studio, Signum Somnia, at The 1106 in Eau Claire.

He also sells his art online.
