Mister Auto, an international auto parts e-commerce company, is deploying the Algolia API-First Platform, offering AI synonyms, search and A/B testing, to boost its online customer experience.
The technology is providing fast indexing for the product catalog system and boosting conversion and click-thru rates, according to a press release. Customers can find products quicker and easier in the 1.5 million products catalog, and that's led to a 12% boost in conversion rate.
"Since launching the Mister Auto eCommerce website in 2008, we've grown rapidly and now operate in over 20 countries, offering over 1.5 million products across our websites and mobile apps," Coralie Sanchez, website product owner for Mister Auto, said in the release. "Enabling millions of customers to sift through an extensive, highly specific product catalog requires serious search speed, scale and relevance. Luckily, having Algolia in place has been critical to tackling this challenge and boosting customer satisfaction."
