Bass Pro Shops tap Kevin Kreczko as customer experience VP

Kevin Kreczko has been named VP of customer experience for Bass Pro Shops.

He will lead initiatives to innovate and enhance the customer experience across all locations and destination platforms, according to a press release.

Kreczko has held senior positions in leading entertainment, attraction and hospitality organizations, most recently RWS Global and Lionstone Development.

Most recently Bass Pro Shops opened Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, a one-of-a-kind immersive outdoor "musical postcard from Mother Nature," which recently welcomed the Rolling Stones on July 21, 2024.

"We are thrilled to welcome Kevin Kreczko to the Bass Pro Shops family," Johnny Morris, founder and lead outfitter of Bass Pro Shops, said in the release. "Kevin's visionary approach and extensive background in experience development make him the perfect fit to help us advance our efforts in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Kreczko will oversee the development and implementation of innovative customer engagement strategies, including in-store experiences, digital interactions, seasonal events and attraction and destination development.
