A Sunday afternoon session at January's NRF Big Show 2010 will tackle new buying behavior that retailers will need to adjust their strategies for.
"Execute or Be Executed," scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 10, at 3 p.m., will feature presentations from Mark Williams of Best Buy and Michael Capellas of First Data.
Attendees will get to see how proactive store execution influences consumer behavior when retailers leverage customer data from various touchpoints — from online checkout to the POS to mobile commerce and social networking.
