Bicycle retailer Jenson USA selects Junction Solutions for multi-channel

Junction Solutions, a provider of vertical, market-specific on-premise and on-demand software applications and services for the multi-channel retail, food and beverage and distribution industries, announced its selection by Jenson USA. The bicycle retailer plans to leverage JunctionEOD, a SaaS e-commerce solution, to deliver an enhanced customer experience in a full-service hosted environment, tightly integrated with their existing back office system.

Jenson USA was recently named to the Internet Retailer Top 500 listing, which recognizes America's 500 largest e-retailers. Based in Southern California, Jenson USA leverages multiple channels to reach its bicycle enthusiast customers online and in brick-and-mortar stores.

Previously, Jenson USA used a homegrown e-commerce solution. Over time, the solution was increasingly unable to meet their growing business needs. Jenson USA looked to Junction Solutions to update its e-commerce capabilities and include new features and functionality that previously had been difficult or costly to maintain.
