Bindo, a retail technology company that develops iPad point-of-sale solutions for retailers and restaurants, has announced an integrated solution with Brother International Corporation to offer Bindo users more flexibility in inventory management by allowing them to create standardized Universal Product Code (UPC) labels. The integration will enable merchants to print any available sized barcodes directly from their iPad via the Brother QL-710W and QL-720NW label printers.
According to the company, Bindo POS users will be able to create a SKU within the larger Bindo POS product graph. This will allow merchants to better track their inventory, giving them the ability to view each SKU in the inventory management screen of their Bindo page and print a barcode directly from the iPad.
“Our merchant users are constantly innovating and we want to ensure their inventory management is easy as possible,” said Brad Lauster, co-founder at Bindo. “With Brother International Corporation, each time a merchant creates a new SKU or selects an existing one, they will have the option to create and print the label directly from the iPad, rather than needing to print a label from a separate device."
