Pura Vida Bracelets, an online jeweler that employs over 1,000 artisans, is deploying Searchspring's site search and merchandising technology to build strategic e-commerce campaigns and provide a personalized shopping experience
Pura Vida will also gain greater site control, be able to amplify the front-end digital experience and power e-commerce growth, according to a press release.
"We have always been committed to meeting the evolving needs of our Pura Vida community of online shoppers," Margaret Odisho, e-commerce manager at Pura Vida Bracelets, said in the release. "Searchspring will give us the back end control we need to make decisions on-the-go while giving our customers the experiential buying journey they deserve."
Pura Vida also made the switch to Searchspring as the retailer wanted an easier user experience along with white-glove customer service, the release said. The online brand had been experiencing issues with a lack of automation, customer support, and a poor user interface.
The brand is using the Searchspring technology to continue to scale at a rate proportional to their needs while ensuring shoppers can easily navigate collections to find the products they're seeking.
Pura Vida is continuing to expand its product catalog and global footprint, serving customers in Europe, Canada and the U.S. Using Searchspring's geographic merchandising, Pura Vida can now create campaigns by location to amplify the digital experience and deploy personalized recommendations to help shoppers complete their cart.
