Shoppers visiting Burberry's London Regent Street store this month enjoyed a personal experience in purchasing pieces from its latest collection.
The British retailer had artists hand-embossing iconic clothing such as the company's trench coat, according to a Luxury Daily report, through the first few weeks of June.
The unique experience is a strategy designed to compel consumers to the brick-and-mortar location. The marketing push also included having leather goods embossed with initials. There was also a special art installation reflecting color, prints and textures from the retailer's collections, according to the report.
