Cheetah Digital acquires Stellar Loyalty
Enterprise cross-channel marketing software player Cheetah Digital is acquiring Stella Loyalty, which makes cloud-based customer engagement and loyalty software.
The acquisition, according to a press release, is aimed at redefining customer engagement and loyalty for B2C marketers.
Stellar's customers include leading retail, travel, hospitality, and consumer goods brands, including Yankee Candle, Cayman Airways, CraftWorks, and Harlequin, stated the release.

The melding of Stellar Loyalty's big data architecture with Cheetah Digital's Marketing Suite provides marketers with a single platform solution with next-generation data management and superior cross-channel execution capabilities, according to the companies.
