Christian retailer closing doors after 85 years in business

The world's top Christian-themed merchandise seller, Family Christian, is closing its doors after 85 years.

The move, announced late last week, will shut 240 stores across 36 states, according to a USA Today report.

The retailer, which ran as a non-profit enterprise, cited declining sales as the primary factor for its closing.
