Convenience retailer taps Reflexis for workforce management

Royal Farms is replacing a legacy and outdated workforce management system with the Reflexis Workforce Scheduler system.

The technology move, according to a press release, is aimed at optimizing labor investment and improving customer and associate engagement.

Royal Farms, headquartered in Baltimore, is a convenience store retailer known for fresh food and fried chicken that operates over 200 stores with 5,000 employees.

The mobile-first solution design gives store managers and associates on-the-go access to the scheduling process and advanced capabilities, including self-service.
