Convenience store taps Reflexis Systems for workforce management streamlining, better CX

Maverik, a convenience store operating in 11 states, is deploying Reflexis One solutions to simplify and streamline labor operations, workforce management tasks as well as empower associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The technology deployment, which includes the Reflexis Real-Time Task Manager, Reflexis Workforce Scheduler and Reflexis Time and Attendance, will be integrated across 360-plus store locations, according to a press release.
Reflexis Systems is part of Zebra Technologies.
"We chose Reflexis Systems because of its integration capabilities that offered Maverik the opportunity to combine workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and task management into the same platform," Danielle Mattiussi, vice president of retail operations, Maverik, said in the release. "Migrating to Reflexis One, a fully integrated task and workforce management solution, will enable us to achieve next-level performance benefits by simplifying scheduling and task execution for our employees."
