Crate and Barrel tapping technology to drive customer experience forward

Crate and Barrel is deploying a software-as-a-service tool to boost customer experience across the digital customer landscape in an effort to make consumers' shopping activity as easy as possible.

"Anything that makes shopping with the brand easier we want to do," Joan King, VP of e-commerce for the home furnishing retailer, told DMN.

The Moxie Concierge solution is focused on boosting store conversions and staying in touch with customers that are using a variety of mobile and computing devices.
