CVS Health will boost hourly pay from $9 to $11 an hour, keep health premiums at current cost and initiate a new parental leave program — all funded due to the federal tax reform.
The news, reported by the New York Post, comes on the heels of a top leader, Helena Foulkes, leaving to take the helm at Hudson's Bay.
The Post report noted the company enjoyed nearly double earnings in the final quarter of last year.
