CVS Health pharmacies offers free deposits via Varo Bank

CVS Health, in collaboration with digital charter bank Varo Bank and Green Dot Corp., is providing customers a cash deposit option with no fees.
For customers who deposit cash regularly, this means saving $120 or more per year, according to a press release, as traditional banks offer charge fees unless a minimum is maintained in accounts.
"As an all-digital bank, Varo is creating low-cost financial solutions designed specifically for the needs of everyday Americans," Colin Walsh, CEO at Varo Bank, said in the release. "This Green Dot collaboration at participating CVS Pharmacy locations eliminates cash deposit fees, making basic banking more convenient and affordable."
