Daktronics brings video displays to Little Caesars Arena

Daktronics plans to deploy a variety of displays and a centerhung system for Little Caesars Arena, the future home of the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons.

The centerhung system will feature 45 LED displays covering more than 13,500 square feet, according to a press release.

The centerhung will have a single continuous display connecting all four sides, with each side measuring 28 feet high by 43.5 feet wide. It will also feature four under-mount displays with six millimeter line spacing for fans sitting closer to the ground. Daktronics will also provide other displays including:

  • Seven exterior displays including a 900-square foot Chevrolet Display to welcome guests
  • Two ribbons displays in the seating areas
  • 15 ribbon displays throughout the arena's seating bowl

Daktronics will also provide its Show Control System to offer content management, video processing, data integration and playback hardware.
