Delta agent ups customer experience with seat change

A Delta Airlines agent is being praised for making unrequested seat changes to enhance the flight experience for travelers.

The gate agent, according to a post in the "r/delta" Reddit forum, rearranged seating on a recent flight to ensure no one had a middle seat. The flight was less than full, according to a New York Post report.

Passengers commenting in the forum said the agent deserved a raise. One noted they had never heard of an airline agent taking such an initiative. Another noted "now that is the premium service we're sold on."
