DT Research unveils point-of-service handhelds

DT Research Inc. has announced additions to its Handheld POS line, the WebDT 410 and WebDT 415. According to the company, these new point-of-service handhelds are designed for quick customer service applications, such as mobile order-taking, ticket scanning, payment processing, as well as inventory management.

The WebDT 410 and 415 contain a 3.5-inch resistive touch, outdoor-viewable display. According to the company, these are the first handheld devices to include a fully-integrated MSR, RFID reader and barcode scanner.
