eBay now offering in-store pickup with Toys 'R' Us, Best Buy

The blog EcommerceBytes reports that auction site eBay has added click-to-buy functionality that is tied in with local store inventory for two retailers, Toys "R" Us and Best Buy.

The company wrote in a press release:

In-Store Pickup: In keeping with eBay's commitment to enable shoppers to choose how, where and when they receive purchases, customers can also now buy online at eBay.com and pick-up in local stores. This service is available today for Toys "R" Us and Best Buy, with more retailers coming soon.

The service integrates Google Maps into its search results page, showing users how far they are from each physical location that contains the desired products.
