Global consulting and software solutions firm enVista has launched an experiential lab, retail store and tech environment that will help its retail clients deliver customer-centric retail experiences.
The lab, based at enVista's Carmel, Indiana headquarters, will provide insight on how the company's Unified Commerce Platform can empower retailers to provide personalied and seamless in-store and omnichannel customer experiences, according to a press release.
"EnVista’s Unified Commerce Experience truly transforms the way retailers can experience what's possible and how to leverage enabling technology to deliver personalized, unified commerce experiences to the customer," said Jim Barnes, enVista CEO, in the release. "“Unlike other platform providers, ours is not a lab where retailers can explore what's possible in the future; this is an environment where retailers can work with functionality that has been delivered."
