When it comes to delivering positive emotional experience, the top achievers are Residence Inn, Publix and Chick-fil-A, according to a new study assessing consumer positive and negative emotions.
The Temkin Group study — which polled 10,000 U.S. consumers — also reveals True Value, Kroger, QVC, and, of course, Amazon, as top retailers delivering positive emotional experiences, according to a Supermarket News report.
Those not faring well are Comcast, Health Net, Time Warner Cable and AT&T.
The ability to connect consumers with a positive experience can pay off, notes the report, as it can drive consumer recommendation, build consumer trust, and spur consumers to try new products and services.
