Forever New taps OneView Commerce for digital-to-store engagement

Forever New, an Australian fashion retail brand, is deploying OneView Unified Commerce platform for real-time inventory, a suite of omnichannel order fulfillment capabilities and digital-to-store engagement.

The platform is a cloud-native architecture that provides a single view of orders, transactions, customers and inventory and puts all that data in the hands of store associates, according to a press release.

"In OneView, we found modern and agile in-store tools and technology that will allow customers to connect with our brand across their entire omnichannel experience," Naresh Teckchandani, general manager, IT, at Forever New, said in the release. "OneView's composable, API-first architecture provides the control we need to make our global omni vision a reality as customer behaviors shift and the brand grows."

Forever New trades in 25 markets with over 480 retail and concession stores globally.
