Francesca's, a women's boutique retailer, is deploying the Yoobic One workplace solution to streamline operations, boost employee experience and gain efficiencies across its 470 locations.
The platform will provide the brand's 3,000 frontline workers with new, two-way communication, learning and productivity optimization tools while giving managers on all levels AI-powered business intelligence and clear visibility into the company's performance across the store network.
Francesca's will be able to engage, support and motivate employees, according to a press release.

Managers can generate and share content and motivate teams by giving all employees access to up-to-date policies and in-store promotions.
Team members are using the workplace app to communicate, manage tasks and access information and skill-based training tools.
