Andi Owen, who had been serving as president of Banana Republic, will leave the role at the end of February, according to a CNBC report.
Owen had worked for Banana Republic parent Gap for 25 years and took the president role in January 2015, states the report.
CEO Art Peck will serve as interim president.
"Andi has been an accomplished leader at Gap playing a number of key roles across Banana Republic, Old Navy and Gap," Peck said in a statement, noting the decision was mutual, according to CNBC.
