Grocery chain denies it's home to a ghostly customer experience

Market Basket, a supermarket chain in Massachusetts, is denying there's a ghost roaming the aisles of its Wilmington store.

Yet more than a few shoppers, according to an AP report at 7 News Boston, have claimed to see an elderly "Victorian-era" female wearing a nightgown hanging out in the market.

A spokesperson for the chain, in a statement cited by AP, stated, "as far as we know, all our stores are ghost-free, and if there's anything to it, she's probably attracted to our Victorian-era prices."
