Hardware chain taps Upside for digital customer engagement

The Aubuchon Company, a fourth-generation family-owned hardware chain is teaming up with Upside, a digital marketplace, to offer cash back opportunities and improve engagement with customers.

The retailer, which operates 112 stores in the Northeast, will be able to provide customers with personalized cash back promotions that adjust in real-time, according to a press release.

"As the Aubuchon Company grows, Upside's digital marketplace provides us with a new avenue to connect with both new and existing customers," William E. Aubuchon IV, president and CEO, said in the release. "This partnership will introduce innovative ways for us to engage digitally with customers, fostering stronger relationships and loyalty."
