Hello Fresh goes retail in a big way

HelloFresh is now available at 581 supermarket locations, within Giant Food and Stop and Shop, and plans to continue such retail partnerships during the year.

"How we've been embraced by retail brands shows the quality product line HelloFresh has brought to market," said Tobias Hartmann, president for North America at HelloFresh, in a press release.

HelloFresh has expanded its distribution network from five to 11 facilities to minimize travel time and maintain ingredient quality for retailers and designe unique packaging to optimize shelf space and drive profitable revenue channels, according to the release. HelloFresh U.S. launched in 2013 and is reporting 1.2 million active U.S. customers and 26.5 million meals delivered over the course of Q1 2018.
