Engaged couples looking for creative alternatives to the traditional wedding registry have shifted the focus from the ceremony to the honeymoon. And portals like HoneymoonPixie.com, with its recently announced partnership with the social video platform Sociagram, enable the registry process to get personal.
The recent partnership between Honeymoon Pixie and Sociagram uses a one-click webcam recorder with cloud-based video capture that allows couples to record a personalized video message for guests viewing the registry, sharing the excitement about their upcoming honeymoon adventure, according to a joint press release from the companies.
"Engaged couples want their honeymoon gift registry to be as personal as possible," says Andrew Marino, CEO of Honeymoon Pixie. "Now they can integrate personal video, welcoming wedding guests to their honeymoon registry and thanking them for their gifts. This depth of personalization improves the level of emotional connection felt by wedding guests viewing the couple's honeymoon registry."
