Ikea U.S. has launched a rewards program that lets Ikea customers earn points throughout the entire customer journey, from planning to shopping to purchase.

Customers can earn points (1 point per $1) for online and in-store purchases, 10 points for sharing a gift registry and 25 points for logging into the web or app to create and save a wish list as well as create and save a drawing, according to a press release.

The points can be redeemed for a variety of benefits with rewards starting at 60 points for a frozen treat from the Ikea Bistro, 350 points for $5 off the next purchase, and more.

"Our IKEA Family members represent some of our most engaged customers nationwide and we wanted to provide enhanced value to them in every interaction they make with our brand," Nicole King, customer engagement and loyalty manager at Ikea U.S., said in the release. "This is an exciting next step in our journey to create benefits for our most loyal customers, on top of all the perks they already know and love. From special discounts to surprise offers and personalized rewards, this new offering is our way of saying thank you for being part of IKEA Family."
